When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package via our website or the carrier's tracking system. Account holders can also view their order status in their dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?

Are there customs fees or import duties?

What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact customer support as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
